As the dreary winter rages on, it’s nice to shake things up a little. We’ve added some excitement to our season with a new brew that we can’t wait to share with you!
Phloem Molar (say that three times fast) is a Cherrywood-Aged Stout with Cocoa Nibs, served on nitro. Our Trend Bucker Stout aged for one month on soft cherrywood when we thought “hey, how about cocoa nibs too?” Ecuadorian Cocoa Nibs, to be exact.
The result was a chocolate/cherry infusion that we decided to take one step further with nitro. It is both nitro and regular beer. This adds a creamier body, head, and mouthfeel to the experience that is Phloem Molar.
