Last week, we held our first local beer dinner at On the Green here in Oskaloosa. All of us here at NoCoast tend to hang out there quite regularly, so it was awesome getting to work with their team in setting this dinner up.
The dinner SOLD OUT with 45 attendees, and the menu was perfect. Check out some of our favorite photos!
Course 1: Pilsner battered spring vegetable mélange with roasted with roasted garlic and herb aioli paired with Take a Chill Pilsner
Course 2: Pork Belly frisée Salad drizzled with Make Waves Amber vinaigrette served with spent grain crackers paired with Make Waves Amber Ale
Course 3: Pan seared sea scallops with fire roasted corn succotash with an avocado beurre blanc, paired with Yoga Poser Pale Ale
Course 4: Decadent chocolate bread pudding with bananas roster ice cream, paired with Agricultured Rye Porter
