Keep your East Coast and West Coast IPAs! Lucky You! We're inspired by the things that we liked from both the east coast and west coast IPAs. But, being that we fancy ourselves as being a rag-tag gang of unpretentious, Middle American trailblazers, we decided to blend the styles together to create what WE believe to be an IPA EVENT HORIZON!

NoCoast Midwest IPA is an IPA for EVERYONE! Tropical and juicy. Dry and clear. But NOT too bitter.

You'll notice notes of tropical fruit, fresh cut citrus, peach, apricot and some stone fruit. All held together by a malty backbone. NoCoast Midwest IPA is our Old Skool meets New Skool, liquid poem to the glory of HOPS! East Coast? West Coast? Nah. You're in NoCoast Country!

We set out to cruise our way through to a recipe for a perfect West Coastish IPA brewed in the middle of the map and holy crap what an IPA it is! Van Go is heavily loaded and double dry hopped with a wonderful cast of hop characters. Piney, tropical aromas swirl into a groovy dance of malt and hop flavor fireworks that burst forth with one HECK of an impression.

Yoga Poser Pale Ale bends over backwards to help you achieve a zen-like state. Our brew guru produces a hop-forward yet balanced, not-too-bitter profile with four different rounds of hops. The final Cascade and Citra dry-hop addition brings the flavors of this unfiltered ale together in holistic harmony. Ready to do some poses? Namaste home and drink this beer.

While deep sea creatures are not a worry in our neck of the woods, we know all bout quality of monstrous proportions. Brewed with roasted barley and Special B malt, Make Waves Amber Ale celebrates the American tradition of a malt-forward profile – with roaring good results. We say, go against the tide!
