Yeti Yoga Giveaway

* Entrants must be located in the 50 US states (void where prohibited by law). Entrants must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their state of entry, at the time of submission. NoCoast Beer Co., Yeti, and any other pertinent affiliated sponsors reserve the right to change all terms and rules (entrants will be notified of any changes). All decisions made by the owners of this contest are final and non-negotiable.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants must visit www.nocoastbeer.co and complete all required fields on the giveaway form. By submitting this information, and entering the contest, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions listed in this document. Participants must enter from 6/1/18-9/30/18 in order to be considered eligible to win.

Entrants are allowed one (1) entry per participant. Any entry found to be created by any non-human automation will be disqualified. No alternate entry will be accepted.

NoCoast Beer Co. and affiliated sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of any and all terms set by this agreement, at their discretion. Winners will be notified by email. NoCoast Beer Co. and sponsors assume no responsibility for any technical difficulties/errors resulting in use of the website and its materials as well as the entry of this sweepstakes. The sponsors computer is the official time keeping device.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Purchase will not increase odds of winning. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must enter within the time frame stated above, and before midnight on 9/30/18. Employees (and their immediate family members) of NoCoast Beer Co. and its affiliated sponsors (especially Yeti) are not eligible to participate/win. All fields entered must be valid and accurate. NoCoast Beer Co. and sponsors reserve the right to verify information provided. Automated entries, in any form, will not be accepted.

PRIZE

1 Yeti Cooler

Prize is non transferable. In the event of prize unavailability, it is solely the ability of NoCoast Beer Co. and sponsors to substitute or provide and equivalent prize. The number of participants determines the chances of winning. All local, state, and federal regulations and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.

WINNERS

Winners will be notified via the email provided shortly after the closing of the sweepstakes. Winners are subject to verification by sponsors. Failure to return correspondence within 48 hours of initial notification of winning will result in forfeiture of prize/winning. In this event, a new winner will be selected and notified from the remaining entrants, for which the same process applies. At time of accepting the prize, winners must provide the sponsor with necessary information, including that used for tax and delivery purposes. Only the advertised prize will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant based on failure to meet outlined criteria, as the sponsor sees fit.

RELEASE

By entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, winners and participants agree to indemnify and hold NoCoast Beer Co., its sponsors, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the agents and employees of each harmless from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of the Sweepstakes and the use of prizes awarded. Entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness and address for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY

Any person found to be tampering with the sweepstakes, website, or any property of NoCoast Beer Co. and its affiliates will be disqualified. Participants may not enter using multiple emails/identities/devices. Persons found in violation will be disqualified for all entries. NoCoast Beer Co. and sponsors reserve the right to terminate sweepstakes if they feel the sweepstakes has become infected or corrupted. In the event of this occurrence, winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received to date of termination. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE NOCOAST BEER CO. WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. All information entered becomes property of NoCoast Beer Co. and applicable affiliates. All contents of the website, logos, or other copyrighted properties of all owners and sponsors are not available for use without permission of the content owner. Any unlawful use of this property, or use without proper permission may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and reserves the right to remedy and indemnification. The failure of either Sponsor or the provider of the prize to comply with any provision of these Terms due to an act of God, act of domestic terrorism, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of either (accepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Terms.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Participants agree that provided information may be used for market research by the owners and affiliated sponsors, and will not be shared with other organizations. Once submitted, all entries and information become the property of NoCoast Beer Co., Yeti, and other applicable affiliated sponsors. Entrance in the sweepstakes grants the owners right to publish basic information if they deem it necessary. The owners also reserve the right to contact the winners via email, as well as all participants to notify of any changes, offers, promotions, and other information. Participants may opt out of emails at any time. Any information submitted to the sweepstakes is subject to all terms and conditions of the owners and sponsors, including those detailed above.
